But the parking and road management leaving is absolutely stupid, and really badly designed. To that extent, my experiences there have been great. Gillette is a great place to see Taylor Swift because Taylor Swift is epic and her production is fantastic. Patriot Place is filled with various restaurants and shops (plenty to do especially if you're waiting to leave from those delayed exit parking lots). The lighthouse just opened and for $5, you can go up and get a great view of the field and surrounding areas. There is always ample stadium personnel available to help you and they are always VERY friendly. Entry through the stadium gates is simple - just scan your e-ticket and you're through. Food in the suites is somewhat average but hey, you're in a suite being served food and drinks with a private bathroom, so who's to complain about average food. No obstructed seats, and the suites are pretty roomy. I would actually do this next time - a $75 Visa gift card is worth it to me. They also now have delayed exit lots where they PAY YOU to park there (but you're not allowed to leave until 90 minutes AFTER the game ends). General parking (across Rte 1) is now free! This makes getting into the stadium much quicker. Some recent parking changes have made getting into Patriots games somewhat easier. Have been to a few Patriots games the last few years.
